We develop Cleaning and Disinfection programs (Including POES), focused on ensuring safety in the food, pharmaceutical, and human use and consumption product industries, participating in the supply, manufacturing, and marketing chains.
We offer kits to detect residues and allergenic pollutants in foods, and supporting material for analysis laboratories in order to facilitate the diagnosis process, in accordance with current regulations.
Among the main food residues and pollutants, are mycotoxins, anabolics/hormones, and antibiotics, which may be present as a result of contamination of finished products or raw materials. There are worldwide regulations for these pollutants in order to protect consumers. Our product portfolio contains several tests to detect mycotoxins (immunoaffinity columns and VICAM lateral flow tests), anabolics/hormones, and medicines/antibiotics in food and feeds (ELISA Zeulab and Europroxima tests).
VICAM IMMUNOAFFINITY COLUMNS (HPLC and Fluorometry)
T2 / HT-2 (T-2/HT-2 HPLC)
AflaOchra HPLC – Detection of Ochratoxin A and Aflatoxins B1, B2, G1 y G2
AOZ – Detection of Aflatoxins, Ochratoxin A and Zearalenone
Myco6in1 – Simultaneous detection of Aflatoxins, Ochratoxin A, Fumonisins, Deoxynivalenol, Zearalenone and toxins T2 and HT-2
FAST SIDE FLOW TESTS
Qualitative tests (AflaCheck, DONCheck).
Quantitative tests (Afla-V, Afla M1-V, DON-V, Fumo- V).
Allergens are substances that, even in low concentrations, cause allergic reactions in some persons, and can be potentially life-threatening. Allergens are particularly problematic because they hide in the end product or can be introduced due to cross-contamination during storage or manufacturing. In order to protect consumers, the manufacturer has the obligation to label its products stating all the ingredients that may trigger an allergic reaction (international standards and HACCP Plans). In order to detect allergens, we offer immunochromatographic tests, ELISA tests, and quick tests for the major known allergens.

Vertu lateral flow reader (VICAM): Designed to analyze the VICAM lateral flow test strips. The optical detector moves along the test strip, records data and converts them into a toxin concentration through a calibration curve in a specific batch.
Fluorometer (VICAM): After analyzing the mycotoxin using the VICAM immunoaffinity column, the simple is inserted into the device. It will read the fluorescence and will display the results. It accurately measures low to extremely low mycotoxin PPOT concentrations.
E-Reader: an innovative solution that integrates automated incubation, time control, and result interpretation processes (Zeulab).
FX Incubator: A thermostatic device designed for the incubation stages of the diagnostic tests (Zeulab).
Eclipse-Matic: This device allows an automatic performance of the incubation and washing of the ECLIPSE line tests (Zeulab).
FS Incubator: A thermostatic device designed for the incubation stages of the diagnostic tests. A simple device suitable for labs and vehicles (12 or 24 Volts). (Zeulab).
